Support

Each member of our technical support team has been recruited from the offshore finance industry, so as well as being experts in the use of our software they also know about your business.

To supplement this experience we believe in continually training our staff. All staff are either continuing with studies such as the Offshore Certificate, or adding to existing professional qualifications such as ICSA.

Clients are allocated their own client manager so you will receive consistent support from someone who if familiar with your business and your ongoing requirements.

Support system

If your client manager cannot answer your question immediately, or if your issue requires further work to resolve, you will be asked to raise an issue by sending an email to our support address.

Your email will automatically be captured into our support management system and you will be sent a confirmation email with a reference number.

Your issue will be reviewed and categorised as either a support issue, a bug report, enhancement request or new development. It will then be allocated to the appropriate member of staff. Further email correspondence on this issue is automatically kept together in our management system.

This system and the expertise of our support staff allows us to provide an outstanding and unique level of support to our clients.
