Robert Le Corre BSc (Hons) ACIS
Director
Robert joined Unity Software Limited in 2003 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Jersey office and promoting Unity in offshore jurisdictions globally. Robert has significant management experience gained from working for successful I.T. and Trust organisations locally and in the U.K. Robert graduated from the Southampton Solent University with a first class Honours Degree in Professional Computer Studies and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators.
Gavin Jackson BA (Hons) Business Information Systems
Director
After graduating a Business Systems degree in 1993 Gavin worked for Xerox in London before moving to the island where he worked in the finance industry for three different Trust and Company management software companies in support, marketing and development roles. Gavin now heads up our swiss office and liaises daily with our other departments.
Paul Henty
Technical Director
Paul has been working as a software engineer since 1990, mostly writing application for the offshore finance industry. Starting in the days before Windows operating systems, Paul has used a wide range of different technologies and programming languages. His experience, expertise and attention to detail ensure our software is robust, easy-to-use and flexible.

Robert, formally a partner in an international accountancy firm, has specialised over the last 25 years in the application of information technology to private client and fund management.
Paul Minchinton
Associate Director
GNVQ Advanced Business, Offshore Certificate in Administration for Accounts, Advanced Accounts, Investments and Funds.
Paul joined Unity Software in 2002 with three years experience in the finance industry working for a major financial service provider. Paul manages the client support department and has recently been promoted to Associate Director.
Andy Russell
Senior Client Relationship Manager

Andy joined the company in 2005 with five years experience in the finance industry working in corporate services for a major international financial service provider. Since joining Andy has acquired the necessary skills to be a client relationship manager including knowledge of the Unity product, the SQL database language and Crystal report writing.
Fabrice Le Luyer
Business Information Officer
Fabrice joined the company in 2006 from an international banking organisation. He is experienced in I.T. systems, Banking operations and KYC regulations and speaks fluent French. Fabrice assists the Client Relationship Management team with Unity client issues, Crystal report writing and database queries.
Matthew Turner BSc (Hons)
Associate Director
GNVQ Advanced Business, Microsoft Certified Application Developer.
Matthew joined Unity Software in 1999 as a trainee support officer after completing a GNVQ in advanced business at Highlands College. He moved over to development soon after and is now a Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD). Matthew graduated from the Southampton Solent University with an Honours Degree in Professional Computer Studies. Matthew manages Unity Elements product development and has recently been promoted to Associate Director.
Paul Syvret
Production Programmer

Paul previously worked in the offshore finance industry as a management information analyst. In late 2006, having previously studied software development in his spare time and passing his first Microsoft MCP exam, he joined Unity Software. He is now developing his programming skills and studying for further qualifications.
Sharon Aubert
Quality and Communications Assistant
Sharon joined the company in July 2008 in an administrative position however her broad range of skills has enabled her to take on product testing and documentation responsibilities. Her positive and professional attitude complements the team.
Jamie Illing
Trainee Customer Support Assistant
Jamie joined the company in May 2011 with eight years experience in trust administration. He assists the client support team on a daily basis and is developing technical skills associated with the Unity product range.
