Robert graduated from the Southampton Solent University with a first class Honours Degree in Professional Computer Studies and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators.

Matthew joined Unity Software in 1999 as a trainee support officer after completing a GNVQ in advanced business at Highlands College. He moved over to development soon after and is now a Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD).
He is currently undertaking a distance learning degree course in Professional Computer Studies which will be finished in the summer of 2008. |

Paul previously worked in the offshore finance industry as a management information analyst. In late 2006, having previously studied software development in his spare time and passing his first Microsoft MCP exam, he joined Unity Software. He is now being trained in the Unity product whist developing his programming skills and studying for further qualifications. |
